Camino Smart Walker
Human Factors Usability Testing
Camino is the world’s first Smart Walker: An intelligent electric-powered mobility device that boosts, breaks, and detects movements.
Rill Insights created and conducted formative and summative usability tests to evaluate the overall experience and safety of the device. We recruited participants from senior centers and physical therapy offices to complete the tests. The final reports identified any usability issues and provided recommendations of improvements needed to stay in compliance with the IEC, ISO, and FDA requirements.

Once the Hero device could reliably pick up any pill shape or size, we designed and built the end-to-end consumer experience. From setup to day-to-day operations to launching & scaling the direct to consumer subscription pipeline.
Driving 94% average monthly adherence rates and helping people live their fullest lives not worrying about if they took their medication. Helping caregivers make sure their loved ones were on track no matter how far away they lived.
